Welcome to Phalan Construction The Handyman
Hi my name is Bob Phalan. I have been doing business for approximately 31 years and perfecting my expertise in the carpentry field for 34 years. I have my construction supervisors license and carry full insurance.
For the most part I work single handedly on small or large projects using minimal subcontractors, keeping a controlled environment and maintaining high quality workmanship. I personally perform the work from start to finish. From demo, concrete work, framing, insulation, blue boarding, plastering, painting, tiling, finish, siding, roofing, and much more. Completing a variety of the different work involved in a project myself, helps ease the transition between stages and provides a quality product. Many jobs require custom skills which I have developed over years of hard work and dedication to countless small jobs, which built all
the way up to the construction of 2 houses from the foundation to the roofing. In addition to my carpentry skills I also provide services for: home sale preparation, to-do lists, maintenance, window cleaning, power washing, decks, clean outs & disposal, space organization, plumbing and electrical repairs, all types of repairs, and much more.
